Many factors affect livestock availability from week to week, we encourage you to pre-order any special or rare livestock (50% non-refundable deposit required, unless item can not be located). If for some reason we are unable to locate your pre-ordered item after ten days, we will contact you to discuss your options and give you the chance to cancel your order and receive a refund, or let us keep searching. Cancellation of pre-orders for any other reasons will result in forfeiting your initial deposit.
**Due to the sensitive nature of fish, we can only take orders for deliveries or pick-ups only (Delivery Info).
