Shipping Information:
We hope that you would find ordering from Aquatic Express a wonderful experience. All orders are shipped via USPS (Standard) or UPS (Upgrade). The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing details of your order and tracking number so you will know when your shipment is schedule to arrive. For the well-being of your purchase, we strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent your new inhabitants from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures.
**Due to the sensitive nature of fish, we can only take orders for deliveries or pick-ups only.
Currently, we only ship to the 48 Continental United States. Please Note: We cannot ship any aquarium life to Hawaii, PO Addresses, Post Office Boxes, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, or other international countries.
Live orders are packed with care and expertise. We do everything that we to prevent the specimens from extreme stress so that it arrives healthy. Insulated box, heat-packs or cold-packs are free of charge.

Delivery Information:
If you live in the New York City / New Jersey Area (within 1 hour drive from our location) we offer a delivery service that is available Monday thru Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
