In-Store or Delivered - Livestock Causalities:
All livestock casualties must be presented within 24 hours, accompanied by water sample in separate container and original receipt. WE ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR ALL CASUALTIES.
In-Store or Delivered - Drygoods & Special Orders:
Return and exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase for all dry goods, accompanied by original receipt and must be in original packaging. All returns will be issued in the form of a store credit. A 15% restocking and handling fee will be charged for cancellation on special order items.
Shipped - Livestock Causalities:
Alive on Arrival Guarantee! Buy with confidence. If your coral or invertebrate doesn't arrive alive we'll credit you back.
All livestock casualties must be presented within 24 hours.
Guarantee begins on the initial delivery date.
Customer must sign for package on the first delivery attempt.
You must provide a clear picture of the dead specimen.
All aquatic life must be acclimated by the recommended “Drip Method”.
Tank’s water chemistry must be within the suggested parameters.
We will not be responsible for livestock that has died as a result of being harassed or picked on by other fish.
We will not issue credit for shipping costs.

Also, please note that we will not be held responsible for DOA's from shipping lapses due to weather delays or any shipping delays, as transport company does not accept claims on those terms. If there are damages to the box, the full amount will be refunded upon paid resolution of the claim, which takes 1-2 weeks. If the claim is denied, then unfortunately there is nothing that we can do. Please be patient with us during the processing of a claim, we simply cannot refund until we receive a claim resolution. If your shipment arrived damaged, it is your responsibility to keep any and all packaging materials until the claim is finished

Pre-orders:
A 50% non-refundable deposit required. If for some reason we are unable to locate your pre-ordered item after ten days, we will call or e-mail you to discuss availability and give you the chance to either cancel your pre-order and receive a refund, or let us keep searching. Cancellation of pre-orders for any other reasons will result in forfeiting your initial deposit.
